Dog Friendly Restaurants In Chicago

Looking for a place to eat with your dog in Chicago? Check out our favorite places to grab a meal with our four legged friends in the ‘Windy City’.

1. Deleece Restaurant

Deleece Restaurant is one of our favorite places to eat with our dogs in Chicago. Not only do they have a great dinner menu (crispy fried olives!?!) but they also have a great brunch! We love the braised short rib hash, but good ole biscuits and gravy are also a good choice. The service here is always excellent, which ensures your entire party (pup included!) will leave happy and satisfied.

2. Bad Dog Tavern

Price: $$

Come, sit, and stay at the Bad Dog Tavern (with your good dog). Bad Dog Tavern has an amazing menu of great munchies you will love. Like their hummus (pictured above) and sweet potato tater tots (YUM), you hopefully wont feel too bad about those calories. But if the calories don’t count then check out their great beer and wine selection, which you will not be disappointed with.

3. Basil Leaf Cafe

Price: $$$

Basil Leaf cafe is one of our favorite places to dine with our dogs in Chicago. They are only dog friendly during the summer months when they have a dog friendly patio, but it is well worth the wait. With an amazing wine list and addicting appetizers like fried calamari, this is one of our favorite spots to dine. So check them out this summer with your pup, we promise you will not leave on an empty stomach!

4. Bistro Margot

Price: $$$

Looking for original French cuisine in Chicago? Look no further PetParents! You can try dishes like escargot while you sit on their adorable dog friendly patio with your pup! The food is great, the company is excellent, and the patio is shaded- what else could a Pet Parent want? Located in lovely Old Town- this is one stop you won’t want to miss.

5. Feast

Price: $$

Feast is one of the best dog friendly restaurants in Chicago. With pizza that Chicago would be proud of to delicious main dishes (like their turkey burger), you will not be unsatisfied with your experience here. Just make sure to keep Fido safely on his leash during your dining experience!
