For PetParents living in Austin, the brunch hour is often the best hours of the day to get outdoors and spend time with your pup by your side. We’ve collected the best dog friendly brunch spots in Austin:
Banger’s is not just your ordinary sausage garden. Located in the heart of Austin’s beloved Rainey Street, Banger’s unique atmosphere mixed with its knowledgeable staff is guaranteed to leave you with a delightful dining experience. Their brunch menu is also not one to disappoint. With classics like steak and eggs, biscuits and gravy, to their own unique plates like ‘The Kitchen Sink’, we think it is safe to say that they have a bangin’ brunch. So grab your pup and one of their ‘Manmosas’ and enjoy a Sunday Funday that is sure to leave an impression.
Taverna is not only a fabulous place to take yourself and your pup to brunch, but at Taverna you are going to get a lot for your dollar. With a great authentic Italian atmosphere Taverna is going to give you one of the best brunch experiences in Austin. Have we mentioned that they have $1 mimosas and bellinis, which we are pretty certain are mixed with prosecco (YUM!). Taverna’s menu will not disappoint. We recommend the Vanilla French toast which is to-die-for, or the Eggs Al Forno All ‘Olio Tartufato. However, all of their dishes will not disappoint, and neither will their great service.
Looking for the traditional ‘weird’ Austin culture while you get your brunch on? Check out Snack Bar on South Congress. Snack Bar has that cool traditional Austin culture that has a special place in Austinite’s Hearts. Along with a fantastic brunch menu they serve up one of the things that Austinite’s love the most: migas. There is a special place in every Austinite’s heart for any form of breakfast taco. Snack Bar, along with their amazing migas, also has some other great items that are vegan friendly, as well.
4. Austin Java
