Did you know there are more dogs than children living within the Seattle city limits? It’s a town that’s truly gone to the dogs! So it makes sense that Seattle locals and visitors alike will be interested in finding some of the best dog friendly bars in Seattle.
As if that picture of a giant pizza wasn’t enough to get you and your dog right over to this outdoor patio…At the Summit Public House, the drink prices are great- and even better during the 4-6 pm happy hour. They offer free pool, but you’ve got to get there early to get a table! The outdoor area is relaxing, and it’s a great place to kick back and have a few beers.

The patio is dog-friendly and they’ll also let you bring your dog indoors to the bar! The staff will bring your pup a bowl of nice cold water to sip on during your meal. They happily dog biscuits, but there are a few doggie ‘side items’ for $2/each on the menu too!
Here’s another Seattle bar that’s dog friendly enough that they let the canines indoors. PetParents rejoice! It’s a classy place, yet still canine friendly. You’re likely to see dogs of all shapes and sizes no matter when you visit! Many non-pet owners will frequent this spot, knowing they’ll get to love on other peoples friendly pups!
Dirty Bucket Brewery is a small brewery in Woodinville. It is both pet and kid friendly so you can sit down and enjoy a pint with your best furry pal by your side. Bowser Beers are available for your dog, they’ll provide a bowl, or you can take it to go!
Located in the University District, Duchess Tavern is a dog friendly dive bar with great food. Very popular among the UW students, all dogs in attendance should be well behaved. Dogs are not allowed during major sporting events. We love their indoor sign, ‘A dog friendly bar’ and many of their fans state it’s a BYOD bar (bring your own dog!)
