Dog Parks in Las Vegas

1. Barkin’ Basin Dog Park

Your dog will pawsitively love this park!  Located adjacent to the W. Wayne Bunker Park in Northwest Vegas, the Barkin’ Basin Dog Park is a great place to bring your furry friend.  Your playful pal of any size will feel comfortable here as they have three separate areas for small, medium, and large dog play!  They are open from 7:00AM to 10:00PM every day; your dog must be at least four months old before you take them to this park.  They’ve got lots of shaded seating areas for you as well as people and doggy water fountains.

2. Woofter Dog Park

Also in Northwestern Las Vegas, this fenced in off-leash dog park is located within the greater Woofter Park is the pawfect place to bring your dog!  They’ve got two different dog runs for small and large dogs so you don’t have to worry about your petite pooch getting pranced on.  This park is known for being very clean, so be sure to bring your pet potty bags along.  They’ve also got water fountains and lots of shady seating for your convenience.

3. Desert Breeze Dog Park

The Desert Breeze Dog Park is located on the South side of the Desert Breeze Park proper.  You and your pup can enjoy play from 6:00AM all the way until 11:00PM!  This dog park is great because it’s got separate areas for dogs under 35 lbs and dogs over 35 lbs.  Bring the kids along and have them play on the park’s playground while your pooch romps and runs his heart out!  The park also has doggie bags for those pesky pet pickups and a hose to rinse off Fido before riding home in the car.

4. Centennial Hills Dog Park

Let your furry pal run free at the Centennial Hills Dog Park!  Located within the Centennial Hills Park just off the Veterans Memorial Parkway on North Buffalo Drive, this park is sure to get those tails wagging.  At this park, there are two separate areas for small and large dog play as well as plenty of shaded benches for PetParents who like to sit and watch their playful pooch.  The park is open from 7:00AM to 11:00PM, so it’s easy to stop by for some playtime with Fido!

5. Kellog-Zaher Dog Park

Located in the Summerlin neighborhood of Las Vegas, the Kellogg-Zaher Dog Park within the Kellogg-Zaher Sports Complex is a truly pawsome place to bring your pooch!  They also have separate play areas for small and large dogs, but what makes this park stand out are all the extra features of the park.  Inside the park, they’ve got covered bench style seating, human and doggy water fountains, potty bag stations, and trash cans.  This huge dog park is also on hilly terrain, perfect for pooches and PetParents seeking variety!  Check out this dog park the next time you throw the Frisbee around with your pup!
