Why you’ll love it: Located in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in DC, Trilogy NoMa offers brand new luxury apartments in a prime locale.  With three different buildings and styles to choose from, you get your pick of the finest in amenities like curved walls of windows (in their Cirq building), quartz carbono countertops and frosted glass cabinetry (in their Linq building), and black granite kitchens with stainless steel appliances (in their Esqe building).

Why your dog will love it: Trilogy NoMa offers your pooch an onsite dog park!  Your dog will love all the friends he makes in this pet friendly community.

Pet Policy: There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee and pet rent of $50 per pet per month.  All sizes and kinds of dogs and cats area allowed with up to a maximum of two pets per unit.

2. EOS-21 Apartments

Price: $$-$$$

Address:140 South Van Dorn Street, Alexandria, VA 22304

Why you’ll love it: EOS-21 Apartments located right outside DC in Alexandria, VA offers the finest in luxury living.  You’ll love their community amenities, including two pools, volleyball and tennis courts, saunas, and much more!  Your apartment will feature capped utilities (gas included), a private patio or balcony, and oversized closets.

Why your dog will love it: This complex has it’s very own onsite bark park! It’s also super close to the Ben Brenman Dog Park, perfect for playtime with your pooch!

Pet Policy: EOS-21 Apartments welcomes dogs and cats under 40 lbs.  There is maximum of two pets per unit and some breed restrictions apply.  A signed pet addendum is required, and there will be a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (an additional $100 is required for a second pet), a refundable pet deposit of $250, and a pet rent of $30 per month per pet.

3. Windsor at Shirlington Village

Price: $$$-$$$$

Why you’ll love it: Right outside of DC in Arlington, VA is the Windsor at Shirlington Village!  They offer amenities like a 7000 square foot fitness center, a racquetball court, and an indoor metro bus station. Your apartment will feature wall to wall carpeting, a Brinks alarm system, and walk-in closets!

Why your dog will love it: They’ve got plenty of pet-walking areas around the complex, and they are located right next door to Barcroft Park, perfect for leashed walks with your dog!

Pet Policy: There is an up-front nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per cat and $500 per dog. There is also a monthly pet rent of $35 per cat and $50 per dog.  There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit.

4. The Lorree Grand at Union Place

Price: $$-$$$$

Why you’ll love it: You’ll love this complex located at the heart of the NoMa neighborhood.  Explore all The Loree Grand at Union Place has to offer, like their sundecks, courtyards, concierge, and bike racks.  Apartment amenities include a dishwasher, spacious closets, and extra storage, not to mention a beautiful view!

Why your dog will love it: While The Lorree Grand does not have a dog park onsite, they are very close to Brentwood Dog Park!

5. King’s Crossing 

Price: $$$-$$$$

Why you’ll love it: Located right outside DC in Columbia, MD, is King’s Crossing.  This apartment living center has a broad range of amenities including a car care facility, a large fitness center, and a pool with a sundeck.  Your apartment will feature chef style kitchens, ceiling fans, a full size washer and dryer, and much more!

Why your dog will love it: This pet friendly community offers lush green landscaping as well as walking trails for your leashed dog to enjoy.  There are pet stations located all around King’s Crossing too. It’s also just a short drive away from Gorman Park!

Pet Policy: King’s Crossing permits both cats and dogs and there is a maximum of two pets per unit. The weight limit per pet is 70 pounds at full maturity.  There is non-refundable pet fee upfront of $350 and a monthly pet rent of $45. Some breed restrictions apply.

6. 70 and 100 Capitol Yards

Why you’ll love it: These luxurious complexes located in the center of the Capitol Riverfront and Capitol Hill “take DC living to new heights!”  At both 70 & 100 Capitol Yards, you’ll find the finest in amenities including 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness centers, movie theaters with stadium seating, beautifully landscaped courtyards, and pools and sundecks with gorgeous views!  Your apartment will include sleek baths with cultured-marble double vanities, walk in closets with custom shelving, balconies and terraces, and so much more!

Why your dog will love it: These pet friendly communities offer a great location, with both Capitol Park and Garfield Park nearby!

Pet Policy: Both canine and feline furry friends are permitted at Capitol Yards. They require a one time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for one and $750 two pets.  There is an additional pet rent of $50 a month per pet. Some breed restrictions may apply.

7. Flats at Atlas

Why you’ll love it: Flats at Atlas located in the hip and up and coming H street neighborhood offers lots of great amenities!  They’ve got a basketball half court that doubles as a yoga room, a 24 hour fitness center, a zen meditation courtyard, and an expansive courtyard with grills, fire pits, seating, and a speaker system!  These purposefully designed open floor plan apartments feature a full size GE washer and dryer, modern pendant lighting, an oversized chef’s sink with a restaurant style faucet, and energy efficient windows.

Why your dog will love it: There are several pet stations located throughout the meditation garden, and it’s also located near a dog park called The Yards Park.
